Extra Activities 2017
Dear Parents
Extra activities::
At Shining Stars Pre-School your child’s learning and safety take priority over any extra activities offered. Extra activities are limited so that your child’s learning experience is not at all compromised.
Please seriously take note of the following:
- No child will take part in an extra activity class without a completed, signed consent form. If you are unable to fill in the form, or you have lost the form, a written signed letter (either handwritten, emailed to an email address above or faxed to fax number above) giving consent and stipulating which activity you wish your child to take part in must be sent to school.
- No child will be allowed to take part in any extra activity if full payment or 50% of the term’s fee is not paid. If you are unable to pay immediately and wish your child to take part in the activity, a written signed letter (either handwritten, emailed to an email address above or faxed to fax number above) stating which date you are able to pay, which activity you are choosing for your child and a copy of your I.D. must be submitted to school.
- No changing of any extra activity will be allowed during the term. If you would like your child to change to a different extra activity a written signed letter (either handwritten, emailed to an email address above or faxed to fax number above) stating which extra activity you are cancelling from and which activity you are wanting to change to must be submitted to school a month before the term ends.
- No verbal changes by parents (and definitely no changes mentioned to the school by your child) will be accepted.
